New Theme and New RC1.0

As you might have notice there is a new theme : vertikal76 (thanks to dice for having submitted it). Moreover the Amiga theme has been updated to 2.0 (it has been released on bebits). Furthermore we have been asked about a problem dealing with the deskbar icon. Indeed there was no way to remove it from BeTheme (we were thinking it had not to be removed). Users are our bosses so we have fix BeTheme Rc 1.0 ande now there is a popupmenu available on right click which offer a "remove Deskbar Icon" option. Last but not the least we have uploaded the BeTheme specification documentation (available at http://qdgtruie.free.fr/DOC/ ) It is a part of our way to become more open and clear when dealing to the BeTheme developement. We hope you will enjoy all that stuff.
